Wausau Whitewater is excited to be hosting the USA Whitewater Freestyle Team Trials. Please continue through the form to register to compete in the event. Spectating at the event is free of charge and encouraged.
The event is $60 regardless of class. Anyone is eligible to compete. A competitor may only register for one K-1 class but may also enter the C-1 class. If registering for both K-1 and C-1, the form will automatically adjust the total so that you are only charged one $60 entry fee. Each class will consist of 2 rounds: prelims and finals. If any class consists of more than 15 competitors, a semi-finals round will be added.
Practice water will be Wednesday, August 21st through Friday, August 23rd from 9AM to 3:30PM each day.
Competition will be Saturday, August 24th 9AM to 4PM and Sunday, August 25th 9AM to 3PM.
T-Shirts are not included in the price of registration and can be be purchased for $20/t-shirt. All net proceeds will go to the USA Freestyle Committee for their use in helping the US Team. Select the t-shirt size and click "Add". To purchase more than one t-shirt, select the next size and click "Add" again.
Free tent and small camper camping is available for participants. There is a hotel within walking distance and many hotels within 20 minutes of the park.
